Economy Suites Springfield - Extended Stay

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They worked hard despite being short-staffed. The room was clean but quite sparse, with very worn bedding. Significant updates have been made to faucets and flooring, yet the overall facility feels neglected, evidenced by a beat-up door that was untrustworthy. Although my stay was marred by an unsettling atmosphere outside, the attempt to maintain a cute environment is evident.

Had a good stay for the price. Our room was neat and updated with bathroom and Internet chairs, for instance. The location was particularly good, so close to restaurants, airport and restaurants, and the construction. It also was to area in back that had grass.

The setting is unbeatable, near to airport and restaurants and fast food places and restaurants, good area❤

The staff was friendly, particularly a young man at the front desk who ensured my truck and trailer were secure. The location was prime, with convenient access to amenities, and my room was clean and well-maintained.

The internet connection was occasionally weak.

The young man at the front desk was nice. He deserves a pat on the back! Plus, the location is solid and close to everything. I loved that the room was clean and well-kept.

The staff really impressed me with their friendliness. I noticed a few issues, like the room being a little dated, but the comfortable bed made up for it. A perfect pit stop on my road trip!

I had a rough start checking in late. The front desk staff was friendly, which helped a bit. The room cleanliness was a big issue. I found stains on the sheets and evidence that the cleaning wasn't thorough. There was hair on the towels and a used bar of soap left at the sink. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and it took a while for it to get comfortable. On the plus side, the location is great, with several restaurants within walking distance, convenient. The bed was comfortable enough for a quick stay, but the overall state of the room made it hard to relax.
